🔍 Data Reconciliation Audit
Read-only scan — finds duplicate appointments and duplicate lead records that inflate revenue and charts, and reconciles system Paid revenue against Stripe. Nothing is modified.

Select the latest Google Sheet CSV (the source of truth) so the kept copy matches the sheet status, then scan. Execution downloads a full JSON backup first and removes duplicate copies from Firestore + the appointments mirror.

Reads leads DIRECTLY from Firestore — never this browser's cache — and compares 1:1 with the sheet (the appointment source of truth). Repairs on approval: imports missing rows, aligns statuses ("Couldn't Sell" → Not Qualified), applies $-amounts found in sheet notes, collapses hidden duplicates. Extra system appointments are listed for review — nothing is deleted automatically.
